A few of the benefits for working at The Wurst…

Training

We invest in the growth of our team members on a regular basis. Every team member has a budget of 1.000,- EUR per year, which they can spend on all sorts of trainings, workshops or conferences.

Team lunches & breakfasts

A Wurst team member’s gotta’ eat! Each month, we sit down for breakfast and lunch together. The company shouts the food and drinks, and the team takes care of the good conversation and laughs.

Annual public transport ticket

We’ll pay for you to get around town by covering the costs for your ‘Wiener Linien Jahresticket’

Home office & remote work

We’re built so that our team can work from wherever – from home or in the Wurst office. We also offer that our team works remotely, anywhere in the world, for two weeks a year.

Flexible working times

We get it -some people are early birds, and some are night owls. We believe your work life should work and play well with your private life, and that's why we offer flexible working hours. Besides, our core working hours of 10:30 - 15:00, you can plan your time in a way that suits you.

Team Events

Company culture is important to us at The Wurst and we know this is something that needs to be nurtured. We offer up downtime events in which The Wurst team can chill, from film nights, fitness, meditation & flexibility courses, to escape rooms etc.

Free tickets

We regularly receive free (press) tickets to cultural & lifestyle events, parties, and openings. As part of our team, you can take full advantage of this fun perk.
